According to Nanning Municipal Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism Bureau recently, Nanning received 2,149,100 visitors in total during Sanyuesan Festival, basically resuming to the level of same period in 2019. The tourism consumption was 1.978 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 1.54 percent.
It is understood that due to stable COVID-19 prevention and control, with no limits set on the number of visitors at tourist attractions in Guangxi, various activities were held by Nanning’s counties and districts with ticket discounts offered by scenic spots, which strongly encourage visitors to come visiting. The tourists mostly traveled with family members; they also took leisure tours or went on a road trip. The consumption promoting activity, Guangxi Culture and Tourism Night Tour in 2021, was held at Qingxiu Mountain Scenic Area. It received 25,000 visitors and achieved revenue of 394,600 yuan, a year-on-year increase of 3,739.72 percent and 3,682.59 percent respectively.
