In the first three quarters, the added value of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, and fishery in Nanning increased by 3.6% year on year.

The vegetable and edible fungus production increased by 4.1% year on year, while the horticultural fruit grew by 3.3% year on year.

The afforested area increased by 20.9% year on year, and the volume of timber logging increased by 16.2%.

The production of pork, beef, and mutton was 331,300 tons, an increase of 1.3% year on year. The production of poultry eggs reached 42,600 tons, an increase of 29.7%. At the end of the third quarter, the pig inventory was 3.1828 million, an increase of 4.1% year on year, of which the inventory of sows was 270,700, an increase of 2.4%. In the first three quarters, the pig output was 3.9154 million, an increase of 1.5%.

The production of aquatic products was 176,900 tons, an increase of 4.7% year on year.
