Recently, Nanning Municipal Natural Resources Bureau issued the revision of detailed regulatory plan (draft) for the southern area (local) of Yudong Area of Wuxiang New District, involving adjustment of land use properties and land compatibility and other regulatory indicators.
According to the plot maintenance scheme with drawing number of C-07-02 in the detailed regulatory plan (adjustment), the plot is located in the east of Liangqing Avenue and north of Liangyu Avenue, Liangqing District of Nanning, with the planned land area of about 6.31 hectares. According to the needs of social and economic development, the functional structure of the area will be optimized, and land use indicators such as nature, compatibility, and floor area ratio will be adjusted. The main contents of the adjustment include changing the nature of land use from commercial land to second-class residential land. The floor area ratio, green space ratio and building density will be adjusted in different degrees. In addition, public service facilities such as kindergartens will be built in this area.
