Regulation adjustment of west and north of Yudong Area in Wuxiang New Area

Recently, Nanning Municipal Natural Resources Bureau released the publicity of partial plot maintenance scheme of the west and north regulatory planning (revision) of Yudong Area of Wuxiang New Area, Nanning, and adjusted some administrative office land and commercial land in the original planning scheme to class-II residential land and educational land.

It is reported that the maintenance plot is located on the south and north sides of Yudong Avenue, Liangqing District, Nanning. In order to optimize the proportion of regional functions and meet the new requirements of regional spatial development, it is necessary to maintain the land use nature, green space rate, building density and other indicators of the plot. In this regulatory adjustment, a number of administrative office land and commercial land in the area were adjusted to class-II residential land and educational land, said some insiders. Considering the Liangqing River bank in the upper reaches of Wuxiang Lake, the future lake scenery resources will be a highlight of the development of the area.
