Recently, three Chinese and Cambodian institutions, namely ASEAN TOP, Guangxi QNCS Film and TV Media Co., Ltd., as well as the China Hong Kong and Macau Expatriate and Business Association of Cambodia, have launched two important strategic cooperation projects through transnational “cloud signing”.

It is understood that this time, ASEAN TOP and Guangxi QNCS Film and TV Media Co., Ltd. will cooperate with relevant Cambodian institutions to produce “Panda and Naga”, a China-Cambodia cultural exchange project as well as a 26-episode animation series in three languages (Chinese, English and Cambodian), and the two sides look forward to building this animation work into an important brand in the cultural exchanges and cooperation between China and ASEAN countries. Another strategic cooperation agreement indicates that ASEAN TOP will establish a comprehensive and close strategic partnership with the China Hong Kong and Macau Expatriate and Business Association of Cambodia, and promote the overall distribution and development of ASEAN TOP in ASEAN countries by integrating superior resources of both sides. The two sides will work together to turn ASEAN TOP into a key and new international media platform, and enhance the friendship between China and ASEAN countries.
