Langdong CBD is a business center for the city’s development, expansion and  upgrading of Nanning. It is the most importance place of government’s urban  development strategy and plays an essential role in the future development of  Nanning. Diwang International Building, which is located at Jinhu Square, is the  core of Langdong CBD and is of vital importance.

Completed on November 12, 2005 and put into service in December 2006, Diwang  International Building is the tallest building in southwestern China. It has 59  stories and a height of 276 meters, with a total investment of 500 million yuan.  As the only international 5A Grade-A office building, it has been awarded the  title of “Demonstration Project of Commercial Office Building in China”. At the  same time, among all business projects in Guangxi, it was the only project  listed among the fifth batch of national demonstration projects for the  application of new technologies in the construction industry by the Ministry of  state construction.
