In 2018, Hengxian County has jurisdiction over 16 towns: Hengzhou, Luancheng,  Nanxiang, Liujing, Baihe, Nayang, Liantang, Pingma, Xinfu, Shitang, Taoxu,  Xiaoyi, Yunbiao, Maling, Pinglang, and Mashan; 1 township, Zhenlong; and 32  community residential committees, 276 village committees, and 1,747 natural  villages.
