Nanning Steamed Dumpling

Nanning steamed dumpling is a snack in Guangxi which is usually eaten together with sauce and vinegar. The dumpling is steamed after the dumpling skin which is made of steamed rice syrup with appropriate amount of raw powder is filled with meat stuffing and wrapped, making it a soft mouth feel with rich flavors. Besides chopped meat, the stuffing can be also made of water chestnut, lotus root or other materials, which have quite different flavors.
