Recently, the 3rd Nanning Disabled Children Painting Exhibition kicked off at Nanning Mass Art Museum. 168 works by children with disabilities have been exhibited on site, and the exhibition will be on display free of charge until November 18.
It is reported that the exhibition was sponsored by Nanning Civil Affairs Bureau, Nanning Municipal Education Bureau, and Nanning Disabled Persons' Federation, and undertaken by Nanning Mass Art Museum and Nanning Children Rehabilitation Center. In September this year, the organizers solicited paintings from disabled children in the city, and by the end of October, a total of 361 works (pieces) had been selected and sent by schools and related institutions. This exhibition advocates and popularizes the concept of child-friendly cities, promotes the self-esteem, self-confidence and self-reliance of children with disabilities, and makes more people have an in-depth understanding of the inner world of special children, feel their rich emotions, innocent hearts, and their love and desire for life.
