Recently, it was learned that to push forward the work of classification of domestic wastes in Nanning and improve the construction level of ecological civilization, Nanning printed and issued “The Work Plan of Domestic Wastes Classification in 2022” (hereinafter briefly referred to as “The Work Plan”).

Among them, “The Work Plan” points out that by the end of the year, at least one of the sub-district (town) residential quarters in every district and development zone needs to be covered by the fixed-point domestic wastes classification system, and at least one of the sub-district (town) residential quarters in each county (cities) needs to remove its trash bins and put them in one fixed point. The clearance and transportation of domestic wastes in the free market of agricultural products need to be investigated and set with connection points to ensure that 100% of the domestic wastes are collected, transported, and treated in a standardized manner by the end of the year. The demonstration drive needs to be strengthened and the solid foundation of 14 pilot townships of domestic wastes classification should be laid continuously. And each pilot township will establish a batch of characteristic demonstration villages of wastes classification.
