Recently, the 21st China-ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO) and the China-ASEAN Business and Investment Summit (CABIS), which lasted five days, concluded successfully in Nanning. The 22nd CAEXPO is tentatively scheduled for September 17-21 next year, with Myanmar serving as the Country of Honor and Guilin as the “City of Charm” of China.
It is learned that this year’s CAEXPO has achieved significant outcomes across various sectors, laying a solid foundation for a new phase of high-quality development. Notably, 63 economic and trade events were held at the main exhibition area in Nanning, providing better services to the real economy. This year’s CAEXPO has attracted 3,300 exhibitors, setting the main exhibition area in Nanning and the tourism exhibition in Guilin, and marking the first time that a sub-venue was established outside Nanning. Additionally, a total of 120 media organizations from 12 countries and regions, along with over 1,500 journalists, attended the CAEXPO and CABIS to provide extensive coverage.
