Recently, the handover ceremony of the officially designated VIP souvenirs for the 21st China-Asean Expo was held in Nanning, and the Luoyang’s peony porcelain work titled "Harmonious Co-Existence" was selected as the officially designated VIP souvenirs for the 21st China-ASEAN Expo.

It is reported that this peony porcelain is composed of Chinese peony flowers and the national flowers of the ten ASEAN countries, colorful and lifelike. The national flowers of the countries are tightly gathered together, implying that China and the ten ASEAN countries will move forward hand in hand with amity, sincerity, mutual benefit and inclusiveness, and pass on the good wish of building "five homes" to the distinguished guests participating the expo. Based on the intangible cultural heritage of Tang white porcelain firing technique, this peony porcelain work has adopted the peony porcelain technology, and has been finished after three months of completely hand-made process. During the expo, a special production experience area will also be set up for the Luoyang’s peony porcelain work in the exhibition hall and distinguished guests from home and abroad will be invited to participate in the production of intangible cultural heritage of peony porcelain and experience the charm and vitality of Chinese culture.
