Nanning Bureau of Personnel announced recently that the monetary subsidy is to be given to enterprises that employ university graduates and university graduates who initiate their business can apply the subsidy as well. Procedures and materials required for the application have been issued in a notice. The enterprise will get 2000 yuan subsidies for employing a university graduate; graduates who start undertakings can also apply 2000 yuan subsidies. If the enterprise unilaterally terminates the employment contract during the contract period, subsidies shall be returned to the government; graduates who unilaterally terminate the contract during the contract period will no longer enjoy the favorable policies in employment or in starting an undertaking. The notice also lists the time when the local personnel bureaus accept application materials.
