It is revealed by Nanning Charity Federation that it will co-organize a charitable donation dinner party with the Sheen Hok Charitable Foundation (Hong Kong) on July 8, the first of its kind in Nanning. The party will include artistic performances and charitable auctions. All the money collected will be used to help children with poor eyesight or eye diseases and college students from the poor rural areas, and Project Hope primary schools and kindergartens in the countryside. Hong Kong pop star Rosamund Kwan will attend the party as an honorary guest.

With the theme and guideline of Love and Mutual Aid, all loving enterprises and individuals can obtain admittance tickets by giving donation to buy the seats. So far, 23 tables with the donation value of more than 800,000 yuan have been booked by Hong Kong philanthropists and those outside of Nanning and local philanthropists had contributed more than 200,000 yuan up to June 29.

Mr. Xu Bangxing, president of the Federation said that the party will help enhance the awareness of charity in Nanning。
