Nanning Zhuangning State-owned Assets Management Co., Ltd (ZNC) was founded in Aug. 1997. It is an individual proprietorship state-owned company directly under the leadership of the municipal government and the supervision of the municipal State-owned Assets Supervision & Administration Commission with the basic functions of unifying the operation of the state-owned assets belonging to the scope of the commission authority. By the end of 2007, ZNC had owned 31 enterprises. Of which there are 10 holding enterprises: Nanning Zhuangning Industrial Park, Nanning Tongdashun Concrete Co., Ltd, Nanning Tongdashun New Materials CO., Ltd, Nanning Kangnuo Biochemical Pharmacy Co., Ltd, Nanning Nanji Power Co., Ltd, Nanning Qicaihong Printing Machinery Co., Ltd, Nanning Tianjiu Real Estate Co., Ltd, Nanning Zhuangning Property Development Co., Ltd, Guangxi Jinniu Stock Co., Ltd and Nanning Cement Manufacturing Plant. It also has four joint stock enterprises such as Nanning Wulin-Guihua Vehicle CO. Ltd., Guangxi Yucai Special Vehicle CO., Ltd, Nanning Lvzhou Chemicals Engineering Co. Ltd., and Guangxi Nannan Aluminum Processing CO. Ltd., as well as 17 authorized enterprises. The company has the total assets of 1.0134 billion yuan and the staffs of 1,963. In the year of 2007, the gross output value of industry was 734.88 million yuan, industrial added value was 169.2 million yuan value, the sales income was 838.04 million yuan, profit and tax reached 16.39 million yuan, and the investment in the technical innovation was 67.877 million yuan.
