Click, and the interface of “Report of Joint Annual Inspection of Foreign-Funded Enterprises” comes out (table)
1. Table of enterprise’s basic information (click and begin operation)
2. Table of information on enterprise’s capital contribution (click and begin operation)
3. Table of information on overseas investment (click and begin operation)
4. Table of information on enterprise’s branches (click and begin operation)
5. Table of information on the current year’s production and business operation (click and begin operation)
6. Table of other information on the enterprise (click and begin operation)
7. Table of information on enterprise’s foreign exchange (click and begin operation)
8. Application form for approval of annual inspection submitted to inspection administrations (click and begin operation)
Fill out the above table in order (as enterprise’s basic information has been filled in last year’s annual inspection, only modification or the filling in on the blank section is needed). After putting in all the required information, click “save” on the upper left corner to save the new information on the internet.

Following the same steps, click to save each table of the annual inspection report (8 pages in all). For the application form for approval of annual inspection submitted to inspection administrations on the last page, only the following blanks are needed to be filled out:
