1. Photocopy of Annual Inspection Report;
2. IC Card of Foreign Exchange Registration Certificate (to be returned after checking);
3. Information Registration Form of Joint Annual Inspection on Enterprises with Foreign Investment (Foreign Exchange), which can be downloaded from the on-line service platform of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange (WWW.SAFESVC.GOV.CN).
4. Original copy of Annual Audit Report (Audit Report of the previous financial year);
5. Original copy of Audit Report of the Foreign Exchange Statement (including the original copy of the Foreign Exchange Statement);
6. Photocopy of Capital Verification Report issued by accounting firm (only by enterprises making financial contributions in the year 2008);
7. Enterprises with external debts should submit External Debts Registration Certificate, External Loan Registration Certificate (to be returned after checking);
8. Any supplementary documents for the above seven materials.

(Note: Besides the above paper materials, enterprises with foreign investment should submit an electronic version of the Information Registration Form of Joint Annual Inspection on Enterprises with Foreign Investment (Foreign Exchange) via the System.
