Mashan County Bureau of Finance created a specific broadband network with capacity of 1M for 40 financial departments that have used the network service of treasury concentration disbursement, which is called a “green passage” for online disbursements of funds.

Mashan County started experimenting the treasury concentration disbursement management system in selective units on Jan 1, 2006, and by the second half year of 2007, all of the 110 budget units directly under the administration of Mashan County had been members of the system, thus becoming one of the few counties (districts) in Guangxi that utilizes the system completely. The funds to be disbursed in concentration include those in and beyond the budget, transferred items between units and those of special financial accounts.
