On June 28 the ceremony was held on the completion of Nanning No. 2 Middle School’s branch campus. Representatives of previous graduates and teachers and present students and teachers gathered on the new campus to celebrate it. The new campus, known as Fengling Campus, is the largest in area among Guangxi’s campuses of high school education.
Present at the ceremony were Che Rongfu, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Guangxi Committee and Secretary of the CPC Nanning Committee, Li Kang, Vice-governor of Guangxi and Lin Guoqiang, Vice-chairman of Guangxi Political Consultative Conference.
At the ceremony Zhao Xinfeng, a platoon leader to hoist national flag at Tian’amen Square, awarded Nanning No. 2 Middle School as a base of patriotic education. Previous principals, the present principal and representatives of teachers and students passed on a largest national flag as a tribute to the 60th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China.
After the ceremony the leaders planted trees and visited the new campus and school exhibitions.
