(5) Talent attraction and retention policies
1. Talents enlisted in the catalogue of the municipal talents and meeting the conditions can enjoy subsidy of 0.1 to 0.25 million yuan offered by the government. 2. Senior management personnel and technical personnel that hold positions of deputy general managers and technical directors or above within the organizations which are enlisted in the enterprise catalogue for the year will refunded with total amount of personal income tax paid to the municipal finance. (“The Interim Provisions on the Attraction of Urgently Needed Talents in Nanning (No. 114  issued by the General Office of the CPC Nanning Municipal Committee)”).
(6) Incentive policies for the financial service industry
1. Awards to financial institutions. According to the type of organization, the organizational form and the registered capital (actual funds sent to the account), a maximum of 5 million yuan will be awarded to enterprises upon the verification of the Management Committee of Nanning Economic and Technological Development Area in 2018.
2. Financial service firms that rent properties in Nanning Economic and Technological Development Area as offices can enjoy free of ground rent for three years at most if they meet the relevant conditions. Enterprises that buy properties in Nanning Economic and Technological Development Area as offices can gain one-off rewards, which range from 200 to 500 yuan/square meters and are limited to 2 million yuan.
3. Business contribution rewards will be offered based on the annual business income and will not exceed 1 million yuan.
