Customer Experience Festival of Taikang Group focuses on “Comprehensive Health”


Recently, Taikang Group announces the official launch of 2017 Customer Experience Festival, this is the first major activity held by every subsidiary companies after the reorganization of Taikang Group. This Festival aims to coordinate insurance, asset management, medicine and health maintenance integration and other business modules, striving to provide safer, more convenient and more affordable comprehensive insurance and “Comprehensive Health” service to customers. This Festival will last from July to September.

During the Festival, 6 subsidiaries of Taikang Group and Senior Customer Department of Taikang Group, according to business features, introduce 7 ingenious measures based on the exploration of customers’ demands.
