In order to comprehensively implement the major decisions and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on the reform of "Streamlining Administration, Delegating Powers, and Improving Regulation and Services", thoroughly explore the pilot reform of the relative centralized power of administrative licensing and promote a higher level of "Separation of Approval and Regulation Powers", the Nanning Municipal Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau was formally established as a working department of the Nanning Municipal People's Government on December 28, 2015.


At present, the leadership of the bureau is composed of one director and four deputy directors. It has 14 functional departments and 110 administrative establishments. Its main responsibilities are to take charge of the specific affairs of administrative examination and approval system reform in the city, to establish and improve the construction of government service systems at all levels in the city, and to guide and coordinate the disclosure of government affairs, government information and public resource transactions in the city.
