Assisting the vice mayor in sharing responsibility for the work of Nanning Environment Protection Committee, Nanning Work Safety Committee, Nanning Industry and Information Technology Committee (Nanning Sugar Industry Development Bureau), Nanning Science and Technology Bureau (Nanning Intellectual Property Administration), Nanning Environment Protection Bureau, Nanning Transportation Bureau, Nanning Safety Supervision Bureau, Nanning Investment Promotion Bureau, Nanning Finance Office, Nanning Two Lights Collective Industrial Association, Management Committee of Nanning New and High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Management Committee of Nanning Economic and Technological Development Area, Management Committee of Guangxi-ASEAN Economic and Technological Development Zone (Nanning Overseas Chinese Investment Zone), Nanning Comprehensive Bonded Zone, Nanning-Zhongguancun Innovation Demonstration Base, and the work of reform on investment and financing system, major public welfare projects, financing business of key support for industrial projects, research and implementation of policy, investment and financing business in Yunnan-Guangxi border financial comprehensive reform pilot zone, etc.

Ltd., and the work of commercial banks, and units of securities, insurance, trusts, communication, civil aviation, etc.
Xiong Jian (male, Han nationality, born in October 1984 in Taojiang of Hunan Province) is now the deputy secretary-general of Nanning City with the professional title of economist. He joined the Communist Party of China in December 2004, and began to work in May 2010. He majored in finance at the Finance School of Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, graduated with postgraduate degree in economics.
