In August 2020, the rise of the sales price of newly built commercial residential buildings in Nanning increased month-on-month and decreased year-on-year; the rise of the sales price of second-hand residential buildings decreased both month-on-month and year-on-year.
On a month-on-month basis, the sales price of newly built commercial residential buildings in Nanning City rose by 0.9% in August, an increase of 0.2 percentage points over the previous month. In terms of dwelling size, the dwelling sizes of 90 square meters and below, 90-144 square meters and more than 144 square meters increased by 0.8%, 0.9% and 0.9% respectively. Meanwhile, the selling price of second-hand residential buildings rose by 0.2% month-on-month, down by 0.5 percentage points from the previous month. In terms of dwelling size, the selling price of the dwelling size of 90 square meters and below was basically steady; the selling prices of the dwelling sizes of 90-144 square meters and more than 144 square meters increased by 0.4% and 0.1% respectively.
