Social insurance subsidies for flexible employment of college graduates:
For the college graduates who are unemployed within 1 year after leaving school (including students in senior work class of technician college, and preliminary technician class, as well as vocational education students in special education institutions of Nanning), if they are flexibly employed and pay social insurance premiums as flexible employees, they shall be provided with a subsidy of 66% of their actual payment of social insurance premiums, and the subsidy term shall not exceed 2 years.
What is flexible employment?
Flexible employment refers to an informal form of employment that offers part-time, temporary, seasonal or flexible labor services for society, unit, family or individual and provides legal income through self-employment or voluntary organization, but is unable to establish or temporarily establish a stable labor relationship unconditionally, which includes no fixed employers, or self-employment without a business license, etc. For instance, hourly worker, temporary vendor, seasonal worker, shopkeeper of household handicraft workshop, writer, network anchor, singer and others.
