Ingredients: One drake, 5 – 10 pieces of Chinese caterpillar fungi, and an appropriate amount of onion, ginger, and salt
Cooking: Place the clean drake into an earthenware pot or aluminum pot add the Chinese caterpillar fungi and the condiments, including salt, ginger, and onion add some water, and stew the mixture over a low fire until till it is tender.
Alternatively, put the Chinese caterpillar fungi into the belly of the drake, place it into the earthenware pot, add an appropriate amount of clear water, and stew until it is tender. Then add the condiments and eat it.
