At present, it was learned from Nanning Municipal Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau that from 8:00 a.m. on November 8th, Nanning’s government service hotline 12345 would be simultaneously put into trial operation with the government service hotline 12345 of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Seven hotlines which were former mayor’s hotline 12345, environmental protection complaint hotline 12369, tourism quality complaint hotline 5516551, personnel consultation hotline 5527741, Nanning youth service hotline 12355, women and children's rights protection hotline 5503320 and disabled people service hotline 12385 have stopped providing incoming calls processing services since 5 p.m. on November 5th.
Once these hotline services stopped, residents can make temporary calls to report problems to the relevant departments: environmental protection complaint hotline 0771-5309040, youths’ rights protection hotline 0771-2810125, disabled people service hotline 0771-2832905, women’s rights protection hotline 0771-5511812, and tourism complaint hotline 0771-5597487. The reception time of above temporary call is: 8:00-12:00 a.m. and 3:00-6:00 p.m. on weekdays.
