On April 5, China Railway Nanning Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Nanning Group), ushered in the peak of returning passenger flow. The majority of the passengers mainly returned to the railway stations of Nanning, Liuzhou, Guilin and other railway stations in Guangxi.
It is understood that Nanning Group has sent nearly 420,000 passengers on April 5, among which 106,000, 35,000, and 70,000 passengers were expected in Nanning (including Nanning Railway Station and Nanningdong Railway Station), Liuzhou Railway Station and Guilin Railway Station respectively. In order to meet the travel needs of passengers, 30 extra EMU trains in key directions, such as Nanningdong to Baise, Guilinbei to Beihai, Nanningdong to Quanzhounan, have been put into operation, and 83 coupled-running EMU trains have been arranged in the direction of Beijing and Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen, Chengdu and Chongqing, as well as Yulin, Hezhou, Beihai and other hot areas. After the Tomb-sweeping Festival holiday, Nanning Group will take measures to actively deal with the passenger flow peak during Sanyuesan Festival of Zhuang minority.
