Recently, the Office of Nanning Municipal Commission of Ecology and Environment has issued “Work Plan for the Control and Publicity of Banning Fireworks during 2021 Spring Festival Holiday” (hereinafter referred to as the “Plan”), jointly protecting Nanning’s blue sky during the Spring Festival holiday.
It is clearly stated in the “Plan” that we must strengthen the propaganda guidance, improve the citizens’ consciousness in participating in banning firework, strengthen inspections and law enforcement, strictly control the firework in accordance with the law, ensure that measures are in place and control is effective so as to ensure good air quality during the Spring Festival in 2021, and make every effort to prevent safety accidents caused by setting off fireworks. The publicity and education of key groups such as the community residents and businesses, and the management of key places such as the urban village, shopping malls, and markets must be strengthened.
