Recently, Metro Line 5 in Nanning held a track-laying ceremony and officially entered the track-laying stage. The construction focus of the project has gradually transformed from civil construction to the installation of mechanical and electrical equipment, which creates favorable conditions for the subsequent construction of mechanical and electrical system.
It is reported that the first-stage project for Metro Line 5 is 20.21 kilometers long, all of which are underground lines. There are 17 stations in total, including 6 transfer stations, which can be transferred to Metro Lines 1, 2, 3 and 4 respectively, and transfer conditions are reserved for Metro Lines 6 and 7. In this track-laying construction, the most advanced CPIII track control network precision measurement technology will continue to be adopted. The total station will coordinate with the rail inspection vehicles to comprehensively and systematically measure, analyze and adjust the static geometric dimensions of the track. The measurement error can be accurate to 0.1mm. At the same time, focusing on the track line, reasonable adjustment for track geometry size and improvement on track accuracy and smoothness can reduce the operation and maintenance costs in the future.
