Recently, it was learned from Long’an County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Nanning that the county had transformed the training model to which it would not only focus on the accumulation of training “Quantity”, but also pay more attention to the improvement of the “Quality”, so as to clarify the employment orientation of the training, and center on poverty alleviation through employment. The new model has achieved gratifying results.
It is reported that since the beginning of this year, Long’an County has vigorously promoted the "Employment Guide" project-based training to promote the targeted recruitment of enterprises and train students to obtain targeted employment. It has actively signed training agreements with enterprises to encourage enterprises to carry out targeted pre-employment skills training for the vacant jobs and recruit the trainees after training. Going forward, Long’an County will continue to take employment as the orientation, help poor households to acquire employable skills, enhance employment competitiveness and increase income, in a way to promote stable income growth for poor families.
