Buquan Sour Fish

The Buquan Sour Fish is a traditional delicacy for the local people in Long'an and it will be a regret to miss it. The sour fish and meat are made with the folk secret recipe and have special and unique taste.

Cooking method:

Eliminate the blood of the live fish;

Eliminate the fish scale;

Eliminate the fish bone;

Dry the flesh of fish with a clean towel;

Cut the flesh of fish into slices;

Mix the flesh of fish meat with cooked corn evenly;

Load the flesh of fish with a jar and seal the jar.
