Nanning further pushes forward reform and development of state-owned enterprises

Zhou Hongbo, Mayor of Nanning, came to Nanning Communications Investment Group for research on August 9. He stressed that state-owned enterprises in Nanning should thoroughly study the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech during his visit to Guangxi, comprehensively implement the deployments and requirements of central government, autonomous region and municipal party committee and municipal government on promoting the reform and development of state-owned enterprises, persist in the correct direction of reform, and confidently make themselves bigger, stronger and better, so as to provide a strong support for the city's sustained and healthy economic development.


Zhou emphasized that relevant departments directly under the municipal government and counties should work together to optimize services to create a sound environment for the development of state-owned enterprises. The State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Nanning, as the department in charge, should promote the integration of full decentralization and effective supervision to stimulate the vitality of state-owned enterprises; related urban districts should make all-out efforts to carry forward land requisition and removal and ensure enough construction lands; financial sectors should take the initiative to support companies’ collection of funds in multiple ways and through multiple channels in accordance with policies and regulations, in order to promote key project construction and strengthen financing security; departments of reform and development, planning departments and departments of lands and resources should facilitate procedures of examination and approval, and further optimize and simplify the process to improve efficiency.
