It was recently learned from Nanning Bureau of Commerce that the “Implementation Plan for the Three-Year Major Battle of ‘Logistics Network’ Infrastructure Construction in Nanning (2020-2022)” was issued and put into effect. Nanning will focus on the key tasks in 10 areas to promote the project of “logistics network”, including accelerating the construction of major logistics parks, building a batch of major logistics stations, improving logistics facilities at ports, expanding bonded logistics business, building a commodity logistics network, etc.
Specifically, in terms of major logistics parks, Nanning will build 14 logistics parks, focus on advancing the “dual core” construction of China-ASEAN International Logistics Base and Nanning Airport Logistics Base, and accelerate the construction of China-Singapore Nanning International Logistics Park, Nanning international Railway Port, Niuwan Port Comprehensive Logistics Park, etc. It will give guidance for the introduction of German DHL Modern Supply Chain Demonstration Park and other key projects. It is understood that the construction of China-Singapore Nanning International Logistics Park was started in September 2018 and expected to be completed in December 2025. China-Singapore Nanning International Logistics Park has a total land area of 4,273 mu, which is constructed in three phases, with four functional groups and four key plate projects.
