It is understood that during the first quarter of this year, Nama Town has realized a fixed asset investment of 423.50 million yuan with a year-on-year growth rate of 31%; the total volume of retail sales of social consumption goods is 725 million yuan, increased by 9% compared with that of last year; the per capita disposable income of urban residents is 10,110 yuan with a year-on-year growth rate of 7%; the financial revenue is 38 million yuan with a year-on-year growth rate of 8%. Among them, the China-ASEAN International Life Science City (Phase I) Project takes agricultural technology as the core and strives to establish a pilot zone for urban modern agricultural development integrating modern agricultural production, agricultural research and experiment, agritourism, etc. The total investment of the project is 1.405 billion yuan and the construction period is 3 years. It is planned to occupy an area of 3,500 mu (including a construction area of 420 mu).
