Recently, Xie Minghuo, a declarer of Guangxi Construction Engineering Group No.1 Installation Co., Ltd., was very happy in the customs clearance hall of Yongzhou Customs. It is understood that, the “Protocol to Amend ‘China-ASEAN Comprehensive Economic Cooperation Framework Agreement’ and Certain Agreements thereunder between the People's Republic of China and the Association of South East Asian Nations” has entered into force since August 20 this year. This is the first revised agreement completed on the basis of the existing FTA in China, which enriches, improves, supplements and promotes the original one. The implementation of the new agreement will bring about changes in 11 aspects, such as the scope of applicants for certificate of origin, the number of items of export commodities and the standards of origin for foreign trade enterprises.
