On the morning of Oct 27, hundreds of the exhibitors for the food festival signed several obligation contracts with the organizing committee.
The signed contracts stated the responsibilities and restrictions on the management, sanitary security, fire control etc. Take the sanitary security contract for example vegetables for use must pass the strict inspection on the pesticide residue. The exhibitors must guarantee to use no materials with poisonous elements, dubious sources, and bad qualities. The fire control contract states clearly that garbage must be burnt at the appointed place with a guard watching. Cooking after 6 p.m. is not permitted on the site.
