1. Transport of Exhibits
Sinotrans Guangxi Company is designated by the China-ASEAN Expo Secretariat as the Official Freight Forwarder and Customs Broker of the 2nd China-ASEAN Expo. To transport exhibits, exhibitors may authorize Sinotrans Guangxi Company, or its overseas transport agents, to process the formalities concerned. For those exhibitors who are handling the transport affairs on their own, please contact Sinotrans Guangxi Company prior to the arrival of your exhibits, so as to ease the processing procedures at customs declaration and quarantine & inspection checkpoints, as well as receiving our timely arrangement for your entry, exhibit loading/unloading and exhibition booth arrangement.
