2 Project Scope, Size and Capital Compositions

　 2.1 Project Scope and Size: Reconstruction of the attraction area for

4km2, new construction of 4km2 with over 5000 species of plants . The main construction work includes the construction of the gardening exhibition area (the foliage park) and the green corridor, the seedling base, the multiple-function greenhouse, open-air theater, and the recreational center( the gardening sculpture park) and the food and amusement area, forming a flora landscape typical of the expressions from the southland.

　 The Management Committee of Qingxiushan Scenic Spot in Nanning is authorized by the CPC Nanning Committee and the Municipal Government of Nanning to exercise the right of unified administration, management and planning of the Scenic Spot in terms of economy, social affairs, party affairs and administrative work within the area.. It is partially entitled to the right of examination approval at city level.
