The project is intended to put all the assets for production and operation to auction, including land use right, machinery and equipment, houses and other buildings. Through auction, the property right of the enterprise is transferred and the existing asset of the enterprise is utilized to put the enterprise into continuous operation. The nature of land use can also be changed through the auction and the land can be used for real estate development, storage and business and trade operation.
This is a small state-owned industrial enterprise with independent corporate status mainly dealing in production and sale of machine-made paper and paper cardboards.
The major products include: white paper for noodle packaging, paperboard for cartons for noodles packaging, 80g/©O craft paper, 50¡«80g/©O stationery paper, etc. The annual output is about 15,500 tons.
Main assets include the following: The investment in fixed assets is 60.0046 million Yuan, land for production purpose 84.6mu, major machinery including 1 Model 1092 and 1 Model 1575 paper machines, 1 Model 2362 paperboard machine and 1 20t/h internal circulating fluid bed boiler.
