  The project is intended to put all the assets for production and operation to auction, including land use right, machinery and equipment, houses and other buildings. Through auction, the property right of the enterprise is transferred and the existing asset of the enterprise is utilized to put the enterprise into continuous operation. The nature of land use can also be changed through the auction and the land can be used for real estate development, storage and business and trade operation.
  This is a small state-owned industrial enterprise with independent corporate status mainly dealing in manufacturing farm machinery. The main products include farm trailers, farm trucks, wheel-typed mini tractors, rice threshing machines, peanut shucking machines, and water pump, etc. in seven categories.
  The assets of the enterprise include the following:
  ⅰ. Land for production, totaling 82.19 mu.
  ⅱ. Major equipment: 275KW diesel generator unit, 415KVA transformers, 19 lathes, 11 grinding machines, 6 milling machines, 2 plasma cutting machines, 2 boring lathes, 1 hobbing machine, 1 gear shaper, 1 four-column hydraulic press, 5 bridge cranes, 5 electric hoists, 2 program-controlled swing spot welders, and a certain amount of physical and chemical equipment, testing device, and auxiliary device, etc.
