The project is planned to have an annual production of 40,000t of soybean sauce and 4,000t of vinegar.

¢÷. Construction Conditions
The project is planned to be within the Nanning Economic and Technological Development Zone.
Traffic Conditions: There is already in operation in Nanning Economic and Technological Development Zone a road network that radiates in all directions and is connected to the municipal road network. It is only 4km away from the downtown. Nanning-Beihai Expressway passes by the entrance of the Development Zone. The Development Zone is only 200km away from the two major seaports of Beihai and Fangchenggang. The Development Zone is only 2 km away from the Yongjiang River from where you can reach Baise city upstream and Guangzhou, Hong Kong and Macao downstream. The Development Zone is about 5 km away from the Shajing Railway Station on the Xianggui Line. Therefore there are convenient traffic and transportation facilities.
Communications: The Telecom Branch in the Development Zone has been put to use with a program-controlled telephone exchange of an installed capacity of 10000 telephones.
Gas: Gas pipes have been laid to the boundary of the Development Zone and gas is supplied by the municipal gas company.
Water supply: The water source for the running water for Nanning Economic and technological Development Zone is supplied from the Yongjiang River. The designed supply capacity of the water works in the Development Zone is 20000t/day. There is still a supply surplus of 17500t/day, with a pressure of 3kg and a diameter of 500mm for the main pipes.
Power Supply: The power supply capacity of the 30000kva of the substation in Nanning Economic and Technological Development Zone still has a margin of 10000kva. The Development Zone is responsible for connecting the power to the land plot of the user and the electricity fee is charged according to the standard of the power supply bureau. The user can entrust the contractors to purchase and install the transformer equipment within his workshops.

¢ù. Capital Source: The project owner will contribute land, brand name and cash while the cooperator will contribute cash.

¢û. Analysis on Market and Anticipated Economic Benefits
The annual production of sauce remains steady at about 12,000 tons in recent years with a big market share in Guangxi. It is exported to some countries in South American countries and Oceania for a total of 500 tons annually by forein trade companies in Shanghai and Wuxi. The anticipated annual sales income is 135 million Yuan with an annual profit of 12 million Yuan. The estimated recovery period for investment is 3 years and 11 months.
¢ü. Progress of Preparation Work:
The Feasibility Study Report has been completed and a total of 50 mu of land for industrial purpose has been purchased and the land has been subject to ¡°five-supply and one-leveling ¡±.

The project is entitled to related national preferential polices for the Western Development Program and the preferential polices for Nanning Economic and Technological Development. For example, newly established enterprises are entitled to a preferential policy of ¡°three exemption and two half-reduction¡±.
XIV. Project Owner
Guangxi Tieniao Seasoning & Foodstuff Co., Ltd. (formerly called Nanning Sauce Mill) is a subsidiary of sole investment under Guangxi Nanning Sanxiang Foodstuff Co., Ltd. It is the biggest producer of sauce and edible vinegar in Guangxi. The trademark ¡°Tieniao¡± is a famous brand name of Guangxi. Its dominant products, ¡°Tieniao¡± sauce and vinegar were titled National products exempt from inspection in 2002, the only producer of the kind in Guangxi to win such an honor. Its other products, such as bottled soy sauce, ginger and garlic-flavored soy sauce, and wampee sauce, etc. have successively won the title of Excellent Products of Guangxi for years. These products have sold very well all over Guangxi and supply fall short of demand. Now because of the implementation of the ¡°136¡±Program by the Municipal government, the existing plant has to be relocated in the national Nanning Economic and technological Development Zone for old town reconstruction purpose.
