  The Project is located in the Overseas Chinese Economic Development Zone of Long’an County, 40km away from Nanning, 18km away from the county, and 3km from the Youjiang River, 6km from Nankun Railway Fanchun Station. Nearby there are Nankun Railway, Nanbai secondary road, Nanbai Expressway (under construction) Longwu highway, and Youjiang waterway passing by, therefore it is convenient in transportation. At present, there is within the Zone one 35,000V substation, and a water supply system with a capacity of 8000m3 per day (It is proposed to pump water from the Youjiang River for the Project water use). There are also such facilities as post, telecommunication, finance, school and hygiene departments, water and power supply and telecommunication available in the zone.
