  With the living standard constantly improved, milk demand is growing steadily, especially the “School Milk” scheme launched by the State will be fully implemented, and demand for milk will be greatly increased in the southern market. The Project has a bright prospect.
  ⅱ.Anticipated Economic Benefits
  After completion of the Project, fresh milk production will reach 4132t yearly. The production value will be RMB 20.66 million with an annual profit of RMB9.25 million，internal rate of return at 25.15%，and the investment recovery period is 4.3 years.
