The Project covers a total plot area of 500 mu for construction of over 80,000©O of stores and office buildings. The front of the Center is marketplace and the back as warehouse, integrating railway and highway transport, storage, metal processing, distribution, information, e-commerce and finance all in one. Two exclusive railways, various large loading and unloading and metal processing facilities are set up in the Center. A total area of 200,000 ©O is meant for the construction of an open stockyard and indoors warehouse. A modern logistic marketing mode with international practice will be employed in the Logistics Distribution Center to facilitate Guangxi¡¯s logistics to keep pace with the world logistics.

With economic and social development in Nanning, and with the establishment of Nanning as an economic center of the Southwest, regional construction with Nanning as the center has great demands for various steel products, which has exceeded 2 million ton per year. Guangxi is the gateway to the sea for the southwest provinces and there is a bright prospect to construct a symbolic Guangxi Steel Logistics Distribution Center in Nanning Jiangnan District with great ptentials. And the Center will be a new market for production materials full of vitality, based in Guangxi and serving the Southeast Asia and the world.
¢¢. Anticipated Economic Benefits
After the Project is completed and put into operation, it is estimated that the annual handling capacity of various steel is 3 million tons with an annual sales revenue of RMB 6 billion and various taxes about RMB 30million. The Project owner will realize an annual operation income of MRB42.3 million, tax payment of RMB9.7193 million through leasing of stores, open and indoor warehouses, office building, charges on use of railways and loading and unloading services. The Project investment profit rate is 9.46£¥£¬internal rate of return is 17£¥£¬and investment recovery period is about 4.2 years.
