The project site is located inside the Yiling Industrial Zone, 20 km away from Nanning Railway Station, 23 km away from Nanning Yongjiang Wharf, and about 150- 200 km away from Pingxiang City. The traffic and transportation are very convenient; the facilities of water and power supply and communications are enough for building factory.

The project has an annual output of 6,000 tons of colored aluminum section bars, requiring a total of 6,928 tons of raw aluminum ingot, which can be purchased from Pingguo Aluminum Plant. Pingguo Aluminum Plant is the biggest aluminum industry base in Guangxi. Wuming County is adjacent to the plant, with a secondary road straightly reaching the raw material base.

Analysis on Market £ºAluminum and its processed materials are so characterized by high intensity, strong corrosion resistance, easy shaping with attractive surface that are extensively used in aviation and household appliances. With fast economic growth in our country, the consumption of aluminum also rapidly rises and our country has become one with the fastest growth in consumption. Nevertheless, domestic output of aluminum was 3.40 million tons in 2002 and the per capita consumption was less than 2 kg per, while that of the developed countries reached 25 kg and the per capita average was over 5 kg for the whole world. Therefore there is still large room for development in aluminum consumption in China.
