Annual output: 30tons of effervescent tea series products, including balsam pear effervescent tea, gingkgo effervescent tea, fiveleaf gynostemma herb effervescent tea, rmblic leafflower fruit effervescent tea, sickle senna seed effervescent tea, grosvenor momordica fruit effervescent tea, integripetal rhodiola herb effervescent tea, Boschniakia rossica effervescent tea, multiprickle acanthopanax root effervescent tea.
Covering an area of 10mu, the Project is intended for the construction of the purified plant buildings complying with the GMP requirements for heath-care foodstuffs and cosmetics, with the building floor area of 3300©O. The buildings will include the pre-treatment workshop for raw and processing materials, warehouse, cosmetics (liquid preparations) workshop, control laboratory, product development laboratory and office building, as well as some auxiliary buildings.

¢÷. Construction Conditions
Transportation: The radialized urban road network has been built inside the Development Zone. The inner and outer ring roads and the Nan-Bai Class II Highway are passing through the Development Zone, with a distance of 4km to the center of Nanning City, 3km to South Railway Cargo Station, 5km to the Beida Inland Terminal Depot and 15km to the Airport.
Telecommunication: The telecom office inside the Development Zone is provided with 10,000 ports to connect the programmable telephone sets and the wide band transmission cable.
Gas: To be supplied by Nanning Natural Gas Co., Ltd.
Water Supply: The design capacity of the water supply plant inside the Development Zone is 20,000tons/day.
Power Supply: The capacity of the substation inside the Development Zone is 220KV2 x 120000KVA.
¢ø. Total Investment and Capital Composition
Total Investment: RMB 10.70 million, of which RMB 5 million for constructing workshops, RMB 1.2 million for procuring equipment, RMB 0.5 million for product packing, RMB 1 million for purchasing raw materials and RMB 3million as sales expenses.

Bringing forward the superior Chinese tea drinking traditions, based on the Chinese medicine theories, and countering against the causes of various sicknesses, the very special Tuo Tea type effervescent tea series beverage products are made of selected ingredients of the Chinese herbal medicines. The teas are the initiative products for the markets both at home and abroad.

XIV. Project Owner
Nanning Jinsai Health-care Products Co., Ltd. is an enterprise that integrates scientific research, production, and marketing together and is mainly engaged in developing and marketing activities of health-care products, cosmetics and disinfection products. The company is provided with a new production base that complies with the GMP requirements in Nanning Economic & Technological Development Zone, with the building floor area bigger than 7000©O. In 2001, the Company was awarded the title of hi-tech enterprise by the Scientific &Technological Department of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. For the last 9 years since the incorporation of the Company, the Company has already developed and produced as many as 100 varieties of various products, namely, Jinsai Brand series health-care teas for elder¡¯s defecation and more than 50 varieties of herbal teas such as flower & fruit teas, sugar-free Xia-Ju-Shang (prepared with common selfheal spike, wild chrysanthemum and mulberry leaf) tea, immature dasystyle honeysuckle flower tea and heartleaf houttuynia herb tea, etc. Mrs. Dong brand series skin care and beauty products. Since 1996, the Jinsai Brand series health-care teas for elder¡¯s defecation has been exported and sold well in the countries and regions such as the United States, Japan, Canada, EU countries Singapore, and Hong Kong, etc. The Company has already obtained the Hygiene Registration Certificate of the People¡¯s Republic of China and the Permit for Industrial Product Production.
