  ⅰ. Analysis on Market
  The products of the Project are mainly used for the large-scale energy saving regulation and control for the lighting devices in the public areas such as roads, squares, expressways, airports, and large building structures. Along with the acceleration of the urbanization pace boosted by the state during the Tenth 5-Year Plan period, the market demand for the intelligent energy saving regulation and control devices will shoot up. The demand in Guangxi alone will be more than RMB 20million. The products are having a demand-fast-growing market. The products will also be exported to Southeast Asia in the future. As regards the technical aspects, the domestically produced energy saving regulation and control devices adopt only the remote combined on or off lighting devices for lighting control, time control and macro control with no device with the sine wave output for automatic voltage regulating and stabilizing. The internationally famous Spanish product: Green Lighting Star – Intelligent Lighting regulating and controlling device represents the international advanced level. But to compare the two, our product is provided with the same performance, while the price is only 1 fourth of that of the Spanish product. In the meantime, it will enable the lifetime of the lamps and lanterns to expand for 3～4 times, so that it will save a lot of cost in buying the electric appliances. Therefore, the products are provided with strong market competitiveness and can completely replace the imported ones.

  Annual sales volume: 1,000 sets with the production value of RMB 40 million and profit of RMB 12.66 million; taxes rendered: RMB 5.63 million; energy saving: 180 million MWh.

  The project passed the examination and acceptance of the national Economic& Trading Commission for new technologies and new products on 29 Dec. 2001 and was awarded the title of National Key & New Products.
  It has built the exclusive workshops for product development and production. Water and power supply and road conditions in the site are sound.

  China is one of the highest energy consumption countries in the world. Therefore, developing the energy saving technologies complies with the future economic development trend. During the period of the Tenth 5-Year Plan, the state will go all out to promote the use of energy saving facilities.

  The Project is provided with excellent energy saving advantages. Although the performances of the products have reached the advanced level in the world, the prices are only 1/4 of those of the products of the same kind. Therefore the market competitiveness of the products is strong.

  Nanning Ouding Electric Co., Ltd. is a newly developed high-tech enterprise that is integrated with research, development and production. The enterprise is in possession of more than 10 technologies with the patent proprietary. Its main product, Model OFK Central Control system for Steam Turbine Generator Units, was one of the national key and New Products in 1999 and the Digitalized Electro – Ballast was one of the National key and New Products and the Torch Program in 2001. MTK Intelligent Lighting Regulation and Control Devices was one of the National Scientific the Technological Research Fruits and also one of the Key and New Products to be given priority by the state to be popularized in 2002.
