  Based on the state’s industrial policies and the natural environment conditions of the site where the Company is located, to develop the natural herbal medicine should be the development tendency of the Company.
  ⅱ. Anticipated Economic Benefit
  It is estimated that after the Project is put into operation, the tax-exclusive sales revenue will be RMB 80 million for the normal production year, with the income tax of RMB 9.85 million and post tax profit of RMB 10.067 million.
  Ⅻ. Progress of Preparation Work: The appraisal of the Project Proposal carried out by the experts has been finished and the civil construction will be completed before the end of June 2005.
  XIII. Project Competitive Advantages
  Upon passing through the check and acceptance carried out for GMP requirements, the Company will introduce two more new medicine varieties of national category II, in addition to the existing varieties, for producing the two introduced medicine varieties, for which Guangxi has rich resources

  Established in 1989, Nanning Baofengda Pharmacy Co., Ltd. belongs to Nanning Liusha Industry Co., Ltd. The Company is in possession of fixed assets valued RMB 16 million, employing 220 staff and generating an annual output of RMB 25 million. The old plant buildings were demolished in June 2004 and the plant was relocated and rebuilt in Nanning Economic & Technological Development Zone.
