The additive is a solid powder made with the unique technical process and carefully chosen ingredients. The raw materials are abundantly available, as all the raw materials can be purchased/processed locally or nationwide. The experiences of a number of enterprises in utilization the additive have demonstrated its positive effects (the utilization reports are kept for reference). The product was once awarded the Gold Prize of National New Technologies and New Products. It has proven that the technology for manufacturing the additive is mature, stable and reliable and the Project is not only a high efficient and energy saving project but also an environment-friendly project. The Project will play an active role in saving energy, purifying the social environment and bringing benefit to the human kind.
As the production and selling cycle period is short, it has a strong attractiveness, competitiveness and vitality. It is estimated that the annual coal consumption in the country is about 1.3billion tons. If 50% of the coal consumers use the additive, there will be a demand for 6.5 million tons of the additive. To meet this demand, it will need to be supplied by 22 plants with the annual capacity of 300,000 tons (daily capacity of 1,000tons). Therefore, the project is featured high benefit, high potential and strong sustainability and the product is highly demanded in the market.
¢¢.Anticipated Economic Benefit
The composite cost for manufacturing the additive is RMB 1,122.8o/ton; the ex-factory price is RMB 1,650/ton. If the capacity is 100tons/day, the annual production value will be RMB 49.5 million, with the rendered tax of RMB 3.219 million. With the profit margin of 31.95%, the annual net profit will be RMB 15.816 million. If calculated as per the price of RMB 2,200/ton, the profit will be even higher.
¢ü.Progress of Preparation Work: The product of the Project was granted the national patent on January 17, 1998. The early preparation has been completed and the capacity for batch production has been formed. The product is sold well throughout the country.
XIII.Project Competitive Advantages
¢¡.Low cost in land use: The county¡¯s government will lower the land use cost for the Project investment in every possible aspect. In addition to the reclamation fee of cultivated land and the management fee for land requisition levied according to the law, the local government will not charge any additional fees on the land use.
¢¢.The Project will enjoy both preferential policies issued by the state and the relevant preferential policies issued by the Shanglin People¡¯s Government.
